Berpikir aljabar dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika
Abstract
Transisi dari berpikir aritmetika ke berpikir aljabar merupakan salah satu langkah yang paling sulit yang dialami siswa dalam belajar matematika. Tulisan ini membahas tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan berpikir aljabar dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika, dan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan oleh guru dalam merencanakan dan menentukan model dan pendekatan pembelajaran, serta tugas-tugas matematika di kelas. Sehingga dapat membantu siswa untuk transisi yang mulus dari aritmetika ke aljabar, dan dapat mendorong serta mengembangkan pemikiran aljabar pada tahap selanjutnya.
