The Effectiveness of Traditional Congklak Games to Improve Elementary School Mathematics Learning Outcomes
Efektivitas permainan tradisional congklak terhadap hasil belajar matematika SD
Abstrak
This study aims to assess the extent to which traditional games of congklak can affect the learning outcomes of mathematical concepts, especially in the context of number material from 1 to 1.000. This research will focus on how this game can affect the learning process of grade 2 students at SDN 3 Menganti. To achieve this goal, this study will use quantitative research design with an experimental approach. This research was conducted at SDN 3 Menganti involving 33 grade II students as samples. To collect data, normality and homogeneity tests are carried out. The result showed that the use of traditional game media congklak had an effective impact on mathematics in the context of number material from 1 to 1.000. The average score increased from 77,93 to 91,21. Statistical analysis shows a of 0.0000(2 tailed) (0.000), with t count value -5.567 and ttable -2.051. utilization of traditional congklak learning media has been proven effective in improving child learning outcomes, especially at SDN 3 Menganti, where grade II students showed significant difference after receiving this treatment.
