Development of android-based mathematics learning media with wet land environment context for junior high school student
Pengembangan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis android dengan konteks lingkungan lahan basah untuk siswa SMP
Abstrak
The Covid-19 pandemic, which requires classroom learning in accordance with health protocols, has increased the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the world of learning. Innovation in education is urgently needed to reduce student saturation, especially in learning media. The android operating system helps the development of learning media in the form of applications. The concept of ICT and local wisdom can be juxtaposed in harmony in learning through the help of good learning media for more meaningful learning. South Kalimantan is rich in culture and local wisdom characterized by a wetland environment in the form of rivers, swamps, and coastal areas. Android-based mathematics learning media with land context is useful for teachers in schools with wetland environments in carrying out their learning. The purpose of this research was to describe the process of developing and producing android-based mathematics learning media with the context of a wetland environment for junior high school students. This research is development research with DDD-E model which consists of decide, design, develop, and evaluate. The learning media developed is valid based on the assessment of 3 validators, practical based on student responses with very good qualifications and effective based on student learning outcomes tests.
