Abstrak

This research is motivated by the learning process of students on mathematics learning outcomes through activities and learning discipline in the classroom, with the aim that researchers know (1) the effect of activity and discipline on mathematics learning outcomes, (2) the influence of learning activities on mathematics learning outcomes, (3 ) the effect of discipline on mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses ex post facto research. The population in this study were twenty-eight students of class VIII MTs Daar El-Huda for the academic year 2020/2021, using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of the study show (1) learning activities and discipline simultaneously affect mathematics learning outcomes, (2) learning activities affect mathematics learning outcomes, (3) learning discipline affects mathematics learning outcomes. Based on the calculation results of the SPSS program, the correlation coefficient between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.86. This value shows that learning activities and disciplines are closely correlated with mathematics learning outcomes, which determine the coefficient of 86.0%. It can be seen that the activity and discipline of learning mathematics have an effect on learning outcomes, and the rest are influenced by other factors.
