One of the efforts of digital literacy is the use of information technology using Google Apps for education that has been provided by the google search engine company for all components of education in schools. Achievement of skills in the 21st century can be done through renewal in the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of planning, constraints in learning planning, and solutions in planning creative learning. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation. This data collection technique uses instruments as guidelines for data collection. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis in the form of in-depth exposure related to this research data. The results of this study indicate that learning planning is carried out before learning by preparing learning tools in the form of course RPS. The problems that arise in planning this learning are integrating learning planning with millennial development. This research uses qualitative research. The reasoning method used is interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strengthening of character education at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School in Malang City is carried out through thematic learning based on Malang local wisdom. The wisdom of Malang City which is used in thematic learning is through batik activities, and traditional games. From character batik learning that can be developed in students is diligence and accuracy. This study implemented qualitative approach, with descriptive method. Technique of this study was purposive sampling. Subject of study were an elementary school teacher. Object of study was SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin. Data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is designed as many as 2 cycles with each cycle of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of the stages of Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. At the end of each cycle a reflection or evaluation is carried out to determine the developments that occur and to determine the next strategy in learning by using media images and videos through a model of exchanging partners. The research subjects were fifth grade students of Binturu Elementary School. The method of collecting learning outcomes is taken through tests at the end of each meeting and at the end of each cycle, while the activities of teachers and students are taken through observation during the teaching and learning process. Data analysis techniques are used with frequency distribution techniques, percentages, and interpretations. The results of this study indicate that strengthening character education in elementary school The results of this study indicate that the average student learning outcomes are 69.50 in the first cycle of meetings 1, 73.67 in the first cycle of meeting 2, 64.42 in the second cycle of meetings 1 and 82 , 08 in the second cycle of meeting 2. The evaluation of the cycle test also experienced an increase of 77.50 in the cycle I and 87.50 in the cycle II test. In line with these learning outcomes, the level of classical completeness also increased, namely 66.67% in the first cycle of meeting 1, 70.83% in the first cycle of meeting 2, 70.83% in the first cycle test, 79.17% in the second cycle of the meeting 1, 83.33% in the second cycle of meeting 2 and 87.50% in the cycle II test. Student activity also increased, namely 59.38% in the first cycle of meeting 1, 62.50% in the first cycle of meeting 2, 75% in the second cycle of meeting 1 and 81.25% in the second cycle of meeting 2. The PTK model carried out in this study is collaborative CAR. In this PTK researchers as participant observers and collaborations with fifth grade teachers of Teluk Tiram SDN 2. In this study, researchers act as key instruments because researchers who design, collect data, analyze data, draw conclusions, and make reports, while the implementation of teaching is left to the fifth grade teacher at SDN Teluk Tiram 2. The subjects in this study were all students in grade V SDN Teluk Tiram 2, which numbered 20 people. The observation results of students' social attitudes showed an increase from the first cycle only gained 40.21%, increasing to 48.07% in the second cycle. The objective of this study is constructs a teaching media to preserve endangered cultural items in Kalimantan. This study is carried under a model proposed by William W Lee and Diana L Owens (2004) which consists of 5 (five) stages. First, assessment analysis stage which is divided into need assessment and front -end analysis. This stage reveals complete information on kinds of media to be developed. Second, design stage where the blueprint and the production schedule of the media are made. Third is the development stage where the design is transformed into physical form. Fourth, the implementation stage contains expert validation of the media. Fifth stage is the evaluation of the media. The instrument applied in this study is questionnaire. The data then analyzed on three steps of analysis, field test, limited scale test, and operational product test. This research is qualitative description. The subject of research were teacher of grade IV in elementary school. The setting of research was SDN Gugus 2 of sub-district Kedungkandang. Instruments of research were guide observation, guide interview, and recorded. Data was analyzed by reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification of data. The result of data showed that the teacher implemented the integrated thematic with scientific approach. Instructional thematic was implemented by linking multiple subjects of a thema in a instructional process. In instructional process, the teacher implemented scintific approach by five steps.
