PROGRAM PENDAMPINGAN BAGI PELAKU UMKM MENUJU USAHA YANG BERDAYA SAING DAN BERBASIS DIGITAL MARKETING
Abstract
The theme of the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) that the author uses is Economic recovery and social reform for communities affected by COVID-19 with the target of the Bhinelish Rajut program, as well as the community in Klepek Village, Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The author designed several special programs related to the theme of KKN-T, with the consideration to continue to comply with the applicable health protocols. The programs that the author has designed are expected to achieve the objectives of the chosen theme. The objectives of the programs include. 1) Increasing sales of products, 2) Creating product innovations, 3) Expansion of product marketing, 4) Economic recovery of the surrounding community. The implementation method uses the following steps: identification of potential and analyzing problems in Bhinelish Rajut, program design, field observation methods are carried out to determine the location and place of Bhinelish Rajut. Based on field observations, there are differences that lead to better things regarding effectiveness before and after program implementation.
